Matcha & Chocolate Swirl Milk Bread
This bread is not sweet since it doesn’t have much sugar in it. You can distinctly taste the green tea and cocoa flavors in perfect harmony. It’s moist and sponge-like. Fresh out of the oven… Mmmmm’mmm it smells so good! Ahhh carb load! =)

Extreme Chocolate Chip Cookies
The chocolate you use makes all the difference! Wish I’d been able to find Valrhona chocolate like in the recipe, but the Guittard wafers were amazing as well. Although, they didn’t melt as “pretty” as I’d hoped. I was hoping to stuff my face with cookies but I didn’t expect them to be so big and they’re definitely super chocolatey. I made half the recipe — makes 9 cookies — and baked 6, but only used half the dough. So really, I could get a dozen cookies from half the recipe. How big were these cookies supposed to be?! One was enough to satisfy my craving…. but I’ll probably have another later! ;)

Peanut Butter Dog Treats
Baked some treats for Butters because he’s always going for my food hehe. What dog doesn’t like peanut butter?! Wish I had cute little cookie cutters, but Butters loved them regardless of their shape and he kept begging and whining for more! =)
Recipe from BrownEyedBaker.

Sriracha & Cheddar Swirl Bread
Been feeling super sick lately and last night I finally started to feel better, but my nose was still stuffy so I wanted something spicy. I also haven’t made anything recently so I wanted to try something new. Then I remembered this recipe from the Sriracha cookbook a friend showed me… I don’t have the book, but I found it online. I’ve made bread before, but this was my first loaf!
So happy with how it turned out! I put more Sriracha sauce than the recipe called for so…. YUMMMMMMMM!

Healthy & fat-free homemade sea salt & vinegar chips.
I saw a TopChips chip maker at Sur La Table about a month ago and I’ve been wanting to make my own potato chips since. I didn’t purchase the chip maker. Didn’t need to. I sliced the potatoes paper thin using the slicer on my food processor and patted out the excess moisture with paper towel, then sprayed with Pam (you can toss it with EVOO, but Pam has zero calories! :P ). I sprayed a regular dinner plate with Pam. Did it in batches — single layer, 5 minutes on high setting. My last batch had very few chips so I only put it for 3 minutes. You can sprinkle with salt & pepper. I tossed my chips in a ziploc bag with sea salt & vinegar seasoning.
Crispy deliciousness! Sooo good, even Butters wanted some!
Enjoy!
